The Cuban Researchers in the UK

Cuban academics and researchers working in the United Kingdom will gather to discuss initiatives regarding collaboration within the community and with colleagues from institutions in Cuba and Europe. The event will take place in the Friends House (Margaret Fell Room, 173-177 Euston Road, London W1 2BJ) on the 26th of September 2020, between 1:30 to 5:00 pm.

The meeting will provide an opportunity for researchers from different sectors and fields of science to get to know each other and share ideas and experiences that promote and accelerate scientific collaboration, innovation and science education in society.

In order to use the time efficiently, we would like those interested in the event, send us a brief profile of their careers in 150 words (optional) to prepare a dossier for the meeting.

Given the uncertainty in the evolution of the covid-19, we are not sure that public meetings will be authorized on this date. In that case, the options would be either the postponement of the activity or provide the link for a teleconference between the interested parties, for which the details will be circulated in advance.
